Join us for a transformative 3-hour retreat to honour the Autumn Equinox, a time of balance, reflection, and harvest. This is the perfect moment to reconnect with your inner self, release what no longer serves you, and set intentions for the months ahead.
As we enter this season of change, the Autumn Equinox invites us to reflect on the balance between light and dark, to honor the shifts within ourselves, and to create space for growth and transformation.
What to Expect:
🌿 Yoga
Begin with a slow, grounding yoga practice designed to balance the body and mind. Using long-held, restorative poses, we’ll open the hips, release tension, and cultivate deep relaxation to connect with the seasonal transition.
🔔 Sound Meditation
Immerse yourself in a sound healing experience as we use crystal singing bowls to guide you into a deep state of relaxation. Allow the healing frequencies to support your emotional and energetic release, creating space for clarity and inner peace.
🌙 Intention Setting Circle
In a gentle circle, we’ll set intentions for the new season. With the energy of the Equinox, we’ll focus on balance—what you wish to bring into your life and what you’re ready to release. Participants will be guided through a journaling exercise and collective sharing, fostering a supportive and nurturing space for growth.
🍁 Refreshments
After the practices, enjoy a selection of nourishing autumn-inspired refreshments, including herbal teas, fresh fruits, nuts, and light bites. Take this time to connect with the group, reflect on your experience, and feel the warmth of community as we enjoy the harvest together.
